Proof of Insurance is required for all events. Check with your insurance agent or get a low cost special event policy online. Many of our clients have used The Event Helper.

cleaning deposit

If you have booked The Venue Only without adding our cleaning service, there will be a $500 Cleaning Deposit required. For your convenience, a check-out list and cleaning supplies will be provided. If there is no additional cleaning required, your deposit will be returned in 5-7 business days.

refunds / retainer

There are no refunds of the retainer paid for your event. We understand that plans may change and will be happy to help you reschedule your event based on availability.
